What happens if I have problems after mediation?

If issues arise related to the settlement agreement, you should first contact the Appointing Authority’s designee who attended the mediation. If you are unable to reach the designee, you may contact the Mediation Program Coordinator for assistance at DOHR.Mediation@tn.gov.
