Where is the mediation held?

Mediations are typically conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. In-person mediations may be requested and are available in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville, Jackson, and Memphis. In-person sessions are held at neutral locations (not at the employees’ worksite) to maintain confidentiality.
