Who are the mediators?

Mediators in the Tennessee Employee Mediation Program are trained state employees who have completed 40 hours of Rule 31 General Civil Mediation training and are approved to serve in the program. To ensure neutrality, mediators do not handle cases involving their own agencies, and all assignments are reviewed to avoid any conflicts of interest.
