How is overtime handled when an employee holds two state jobs?

All time worked for the State of Tennessee is treated as time worked for one employer, even if the work occurs in different departments.

A non-exempt employee working a second state job must receive premium overtime pay for any week in which they physically work over 40.0 hours, regardless of which agencies they work for.
