Is longevity pay included in overtime calculations for non-exempt employees?

Yes. All non-exempt employees must be credited with the hourly equivalent of their most recent longevity payment received during their current period of employment. This amount is part of their total compensation and must be included in premium cash overtime payments.

Employees hired after June 30, 2015, are not eligible for longevity payments.
