Who is eligible for paid parental leave?

Full-time employees who are on parental leave and have worked for the state for at least twelve (12) consecutive months are eligible for paid parental leave for qualifying reasons. Eligible employees receive up to six (6) workweeks of paid parental leave during a twelve (12) month period.
