How are donated leave forms processed and tracked?

• Forms are date- and time-stamped by DOHR in the order received.
• This determines which donations are processed first when several employees donate to the same person.
• DOHR adjusts the donating and receiving employees’ leave balances using C-7 leave adjustment forms.
• Both agencies receive copies to keep in their leave records.

Only the amount of leave needed for approved time in a pay period will be transferred. Before deduction, DOHR confirms the donor still has enough hours to give.
