When will Sick Leave Bank requests be denied?

The Sick Leave Bank does not provide grants for:

• Elective surgery
• Illness of a family member other than a minor child
• While the member is earning or receiving other income
• While receiving paid parental leave, paid family leave, disability benefits, or workers’ compensation
• Any other employer-paid job-related injury or illness benefits
