When can employees enroll in the Sick Leave Bank?

Employees may enroll during August, September, or October each year. To qualify, employees must:

• Be eligible to accrue sick leave under Tenn. Code Ann. § 8-50-802.
• Have worked for state government for 12 full months before applying.
• Currently accrue leave.
• Have a sick leave balance of at least six (6) days as of October 31 of the enrollment year.
