Can employees appeal state group insurance decisions on work time?

Yes. Employees may appeal and may make a personal presentation. Call Benefits Administration at 615-741-3590 or 800-253-9981, or contact your agency Benefits Coordinator.

If an in-person appearance is successful, code the time as regular time worked.
