The Annual Review is the final evaluation in Tennessee State Government's Performance Management program, conducted at the end of the performance cycle. It provides employees with a comprehensive assessment of their work outcomes, competencies, and overall performance.
Key Features:
- Performance Ratings: Employees receive ratings for each work outcome and competency, as well as an overall performance rating for the cycle.
- Feedback: Supervisors provide constructive feedback and coaching based on the employee's performance throughout the year.
- Employee Comments: Employees can add comments during the review to highlight achievements or address feedback.
The Annual Review is a critical component of the Individual Performance Plan (IPP) and helps determine eligibility for programs like Pay for Performance (P4P). Employees can access their Annual Review documents in Edison using this pathway: NavBar > Menu > HCM > Self Service > Performance Management > My Performance Documents.
