An Individual Performance Plan (IPP) is a document provided annually to Tennessee State Government employees. It establishes performance expectations, work outcomes, and competencies for the performance cycle.
Key Features:
- Performance Expectations: Defines what the employee is expected to achieve.
- Work Outcomes: Specifies measurable goals tied to the employee's role.
- Competencies: Outlines behavioral and skill-based expectations.
Throughout the cycle, employees and supervisors engage in Interim Reviews to evaluate progress, provide feedback, and discuss achievements. At the end of the cycle, the Annual Review provides ratings for work outcomes, competencies, and an overall performance rating.
Employees can access their IPP in Edison using this pathway: NavBar > Menu > HCM > Self Service > Performance Management > My Performance Documents.
