Do I have appeal rights during probation?

Appeal rights during probation depend on the type of probation:

1. Initial Probation (first 12 months of State employment):
   • Employees do not have appeal rights if terminated during this period.
2. Subsequent Probation (due to promotion into a new role):
   • Employees do have appeal rights if terminated during this period.
