If you have a security concern at work, Tennessee State Government employees can take the following steps:

 

  1. Contact the STS Customer Care Center: Reach out for assistance with security issues, including network concerns, password problems, or suspicious activity.

  2. Report Cybersecurity Issues: If you encounter a cybersecurity threat, notify the appropriate personnel immediately to ensure swift action.
  3. Follow Security Policies: Review and adhere to the State's Enterprise Information Security Policies and Acceptable Use Policy to prevent security breaches.
  4. Use the Edison Help Desk: For questions or assistance related to Edison, navigate to NavBar > Edison Help Desk to create a case or view existing cases.
  5. Stay Informed: Complete annual Cyber Security Awareness Training to stay updated on best practices for handling security concerns.

 

Taking prompt action and following these steps will help protect sensitive information and maintain a secure work environment.
