What is TGMI?

The Tennessee Government Management Institute (TGMI) is a two-week residential program designed for mid-level managers in Tennessee State Government, such as Program Managers, Human Resources Managers, Assistant Directors, and Associate Wardens. It focuses on academic study, practical management skills, and cross-agency networking to enhance individual leadership and management capabilities.
