What is the Learning Pyramid?

The Learning Pyramid is a free certificate program designed to foster personal and professional growth for Tennessee State Government employees. It offers role-specific courses taught by certified agency trainers and is structured across three levels:

  1. Individual Contributors (employees who do not supervise others)
  2. Supervisors
  3. Executives

 

Participants advance through sequential learning modules tailored to their responsibilities, equipping them with tools for success as they progress in their careers.
