The Learning Pyramid is a free certificate program designed to foster personal and professional growth for Tennessee State Government employees. It offers role-specific courses taught by certified agency trainers and is structured across three levels:
- Individual Contributors (employees who do not supervise others)
- Supervisors
- Executives
