What is administrative leave?

It’s paid leave that does not reduce your annual or sick leave balance.
You may qualify for administrative leave when:

• Going to job interviews
• Voting or helping with elections
• Donating blood
• Attending EWS counseling or wellness activities
• The office is closed (weather, emergencies)
• Attending insurance or disciplinary hearings
• Providing disaster relief services
• Using approved bereavement leave
