It’s paid leave that does not reduce your annual or sick leave balance.
You may qualify for administrative leave when:
- Going to job interviews
- Voting or helping with elections
- Donating blood
- Attending EWS counseling or wellness activities
- The office is closed (weather, emergencies)
- Attending insurance or disciplinary hearings
- Providing disaster relief services
- Using approved bereavement leave
