What is the Learning Pyramid?

The Learning Pyramid is a free certificate program designed to foster personal and professional growth for Tennessee State Government employees. It offers tailored learning modules based on your role and responsibilities, helping you grow as a leader and team member.

 

Tracks:

  1. Individual Contributors: For employees who do not supervise others.
  2. Supervisors: Focused on leadership and management skills for those overseeing teams.
  3. Executives: Advanced courses for senior-level leaders.

 

Each track includes specific courses to equip employees with the tools needed for success in their roles. Certificates of completion are awarded sequentially as employees progress through the program.
