What happens after I submit my application?

•    Minimum qualifications: If you don’t meet them, you won’t continue in the process. If you do, you'll complete the First Round Interview within your application.
•    After the job posting closes: The recruiter sends a list of eligible applicants to the hiring agency.
•    Hiring agency timeline: They have 30 days to interview and hire.

Note: The 30-day timeline is not required when hiring for executive service positions, and updates are managed directly by the hiring department.
