For preferred service positions:
• If you qualify, you'll get a notice that you’re on the list of eligible candidates.
• The hiring manager has 30 days to fill the position.
• They’ll interview at least 3 candidates face-to-face during that time.
If you are selected, you will receive an email asking you to contact them to schedule an interview appointment.
If you are not contacted within the 30-day window, then you can assume you were not selected to participate in the second round.
Note: The 30-day timeline is not required when hiring for executive service positions, and updates are managed directly by the hiring department.
