Can I answer “Yes” to having a completed degree on my application if I am close to receiving it?

Yes, if you are within one hundred-twenty (120) days of graduation (undergraduate), you may answer you have completed that degree on the application. However, if selected for the position, your hire date cannot be before you have received your completed degree.

However, at the discretion of the hiring agency, you may not be offered the position unless you have received your completed degree.
