I am having trouble filling out the education section of the application. What could the problem be?

The issue is often with the Degree Effective Date field. This should be the date you added it to the application, not the date you graduated or received the degree. Entering an older date can cause the system to kick you out.

Use the "Year Acquired" field to indicate when you received the degree.
