If you are a current TN State Government employee and need to edit the email address, phone number, or address on your Edison profile, please complete the following steps:
1. Log into Edison as you normally would.
2. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the NavBar button. (The NavBar button looks like a compass.)
3. Select Menu>HCM>Self-Service>Personal Information>Employee Information Page.
4. Select Add Employee Info Page. (Note: The search page will only display for employees who have direct reports or for HR Administrators. If an employee has no direct reports, the search screen will not display and the user will be taken directly to the Employee Information Page.)
5. Enter your name or employee ID number and hit the Search button at the bottom of the screen.
6. After you have edited the information, hit the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
Note: Before these edits take effect, your supervisor must approve them. Although your supervisor should receive an email indicating you have changed this information, you may wish to notify your supervisor that changes have been made.
