How does this policy impact Paid Parental Leave (PPL)?

If eligible, an employee’s PPL will kick in first. Once PPL is exhausted, then the employee’s leave hold election kicks in. Employees will still get a leave election form at start of their leave, regardless of their eligibility for PPL.
