What if I’m already on FMLA leave on March 1, 2025, and wish to hold FMLA Leave

The FMLA leave election will not be retroactive to leave used before March 1, 2025. However, employees may elect to hold leave for the remainder of their FMLA leave entitlement. Employees may contact their FMLA leave coordinator to make the election.
