How does this affect Sick Leave Bank (SLB) Members?

If you are a member of the SLB and you apply for a SLB grant you will still need to exhaust all of your accrued leave (except the one sick leave day saved for your SLB assessment) before becoming eligible for SLB benefits. You will not be able to hold more than the one day of sick leave and receive a SLB grant. Sick Leave Bank eligibility criteria are not changing with the March 1, 2025 updates.
