How does PFL coordinate with Sick Leave Bank (SLB) benefits?

Sick Leave Bank (SLB) benefits are only available for SLB members who have exhausted all accumulated leave and need to take leave for a qualifying condition. Employees will not be eligible for SLB benefits while on Paid Family Leave (PFL), as SLB benefits are not available to members who are receiving income from other sources, including PFL.
