What type of notice must the employee provide if he or she plans to take PFL?

In order to take Paid Family Leave (PFL), an employee must provide their employer with at least thirty (30) days’ notice in advance of the first day of leave. If the employee learns of the need for leave less than thirty (30) days in advance, they shall give notice as soon as reasonably possible.
