Participants complete several development activities during the 12-month journey:

  • A 360-degree feedback assessment
  • An Individual Development Plan (IDP) based on assessment results
  • Six one-day summits
  • One overnight retreat
  • A final review of their development plan

These activities support ongoing growth, learning, and cross-agency collaboration.
