The agency’s Talent Management or Organizational Development team collaborates with OOA to identify competencies from the TSG leadership competencies. Together, they identify and prioritize the core competencies needed for current and future leaders. This creates a shared language and aligns the academy with TSG’s Talent Management strategy.
