What types of academies does the Organizational Development team offer?

The Organizational Development team offers three main academy types:

  • Professional Development Academy – Helps current leaders build core competencies and a support network to be more effective in their roles.
  • Succession Planning Academy – Prepares high-potential and emerging leaders for future leadership roles and aligns with TMCOE’s succession planning program.
  • Organizational Behavior Academy – Supports agencies and teams in aligning behaviors with priorities, strategies, and processes. This may include team-building retreats, strategy sessions, or other off-site development experiences.
