How should FLSA administrative leave be recorded?

Employee timesheets must be coded FLPAY.

HR and Payroll staff will work with DOHR using Edison queries to review cases where exempt employees used leave without pay due to exhausted leave balances.

Improper leave approvals or leave abuse may lead to disciplinary action.
