Can a part-time employee use accrued leave in a non-accruing position?

A part-time employee who is scheduled to work on certain days each week may use accrued leave only on scheduled workdays.

The leave used must be entered and documented in the leave record (such as Edison) as hours worked.
A C-7 form must be submitted to the Department of Human Resources to deduct the leave.
