Is compensatory time transferable between agencies?

Yes. Compensatory time is transferable between agencies within state service.

If an employee transfers to a state agency outside state service and that agency will not accept the employee’s compensatory time balance, the former state service agency must pay the employee for the value of their compensatory balance.
