Yes. When you request annual leave and have compensatory leave available, you must use your compensatory leave first unless your annual leave balance is within two (2) days of the maximum accrual rate for your service group.
If you are within two days of the maximum, you may use annual leave until your balance falls below the two-day threshold. After that, you must use compensatory leave for the rest of that pay period.
