What happens when an employee returns from military duty?

Employees granted leave for military duty must be reinstated to their position if they are not accepted for military service.

Reinstatement must occur without loss of seniority, status, or pay rate.

During the period of military leave, employees are considered to have rendered service and to have been compensated at their regular rate of pay for all employment purposes.
