What if the agency fails to provide required FMLA notices?

If the FMLA Coordinator fails to provide required notices, the agency cannot take action against the employee for not meeting obligations (like missing certification deadlines).
If the employee suffers harm because the agency failed to provide notice, the employer may be liable.
