How can an employee file an FMLA-related complaint?

Employees who believe their FMLA rights have been violated may file a complaint with any of the following:
•    Their agency’s Human Resources Division
•    The Department of Human Resources EEO/ADA Division
•    The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)
Employees may also file a private lawsuit against the employer.
