How is time recorded in Edison while an employee is on FMLA leave?

•    For continuous FMLA leave, employees do not need to enter time in Edison. The system automatically records time for each pay period during the approved FMLA period.
•    For intermittent FMLA leave, employees must enter both hours worked and FMLA hours used on their timesheet.
Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that time is entered correctly and approving it before payroll deadlines.
Recordkeeping: Employee timesheets must be coded as Family Medical Leave (FMLLV).
