What if an employee is on FMLA for birth or adoption but not eligible for Paid Parental Leave?

Employees who are not eligible for Paid Parental Leave must use their accrued compensatory, sick, or annual leave for the absence (unless holding leave under the 10-day rule).
If no leave is available, the absence is unpaid.
