Who is eligible for leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)?

To qualify for FMLA leave, an employee must:
1.    Have worked for the State of Tennessee for at least 12 months, and
2.    Have worked at least 1,250 hours during the 12 months before the start of the leave.
