How is annual leave scheduled and approved?

Request annual leave in Edison. Supervisors approve based on business needs.

Notes:

• Annual leave cannot be advanced beyond Section 4.05 rules.
• Leave must be earned before it’s used (earned on hire date and each service anniversary).
• Unexpected illness or emergencies may be verbally approved; submit the request in Edison on the first day back for supervisor approval.
