What are the rules for break time for nursing mothers?

Employees who need to express breast milk may take reasonable break time in addition to other breaks.

A private space must be provided that:

• Is not a bathroom
• Is shielded from view
• Is free from intrusion by coworkers or the public

This break time cannot be used to alter arrival or departure times.
