What should I do if a Paper or Special Case I-9v fails to submit because of a technical interruption?

Technical issues (like internet outage, power outage, browser crash, or clicking the back button) can cause an I-9 to remain incomplete (see image below).

If this happens (see image above):

  1. Contact the Edison Help Desk
  2. Edison will review the issue and give guidance on next steps
