Why won’t the system accept my Edison Login ID?

The Acknowledge & Sign step is case-sensitive. Some users have all uppercase letters, and some have all lowercase letters.

Resolution: Enter the Edison Login ID in either all uppercase or all lowercase formats. If you receive the error, use the other letter case.
