It’s optional. However, if you copy one employee’s documents, copy them for all to ensure consistency. Edison requires a digital upload of the front and back of list B documents. List C is not required to be attached but it may be uploaded in the “attachments” section if your agency saves a copy of all documents.
E-Verify employers must copy:
- U.S. Passport/Passport Card
- Form I-551 (Green Card)
- Form I-776 (Employment Authorization Document (EAD)/Work Permit)
